How to load in .swf's  into a blank movie clip via XML

Hi,
I have a .swf file called loader.swf which i want to load external .swf files into it via XML.  Now this loader.swf file will primarily hold all the XML actionscript code and anything it needs.  I want it this way so its easily updatable via XML alone.

Now the external .swf files it needs to load run for a certain amount of time, so i need to get these to load in, run for there specific time and then move onto the next .swf file.
In case you dont understand properly:
loader.swf loads in external .swf file via XML, external swf file plays for its length, external .swf file finishes, loader.swf loads in next external .swf via XML - this repeats over and over.

Please help me out and please fully explain yourself!

I need this done asap for a client and have tried myself and don't have time to search this site for answers.
