According to this article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/296772) the send function is currently supported in MSXML 4.0.  Try changing this:

var xmlHttp = new ActiveXObject("Msxml2.XMLHTTP");
   
to this:

var xmlHttp = new ActiveXObject("Msxml2.XMLHTTP.4.0");

Let me know how this works for you, please.

I am getting the folloing error:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the page address is incorrect.

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, check that it is entered correctly.

Open the home page and then look for links to the information you want.
HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed
