Bueno pues hay 2 mensajes que le han dado algo de luz al problema:
Hi averyone
Have a rare issue with the above ambient:
The users login to the WI, then run any application if for any reason, except the botton on the same WI, they disconnect; the user´s session hangs on. The user can´t in any way reconnect again until the Citrix administrator logs off the session on the Citrix`s console.

The WI shows this message: "The Resource you requested is no longer available.

And the message in the Event Viewer (Citrix Server):
All of the configured XML Services for farm "FARM" failed to respond to this XML transaction.

I found this in forums:
http://www.brianmadden.com/forums/t/30875.aspx
http://www.brianmadden.com/forums/t/33961.aspx
http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX119841

As you can read this depends on this Citrix services:

Citrix IMA Service
Citrix XML Service

As a suggestion is restar both services. But when I check the services didnt find the Citrix XML service. I "started it" on command prompt and use the port 8081. When I check again the services (refresh F5) the service "appears". I restart both.

The ambient is doing the same thing the user disconnec and the session hangs (as above except in the case he closes correctly the WI)

Another thing I found odd, at least I do not see it before, is the next in the Citrix console:

sesión: Services
User: blank
session ID: 0
Application: blank
Type: blank
State: disconnected

Greetings and Thanks before hand.
