XPather extension doesn't work for me

Hi,
Has anyone else encountered this problem:
I've installed the XPather extension in FF3.0.1, but it doesn't work properly.

It's supposed to show the XPath path for page elements when you rightclick and choose "Show in XPather", but when I do so the app is not populated with anything.

I've also tried to to run the various examples included in the help file but none are working for me. For example, when I run "//a/@href" I should get a list of all anchors, but I get nothing.

Any idea what the problem is?
