Greetings...
I have Joomla! 1.5.11 running on Windows 2008 Web Server using XAMPP
I login to the Joomla! administrator panel and in article edit mode, I click on JCE Image Manager Extended to select to insert an image. As soon as the window where I need to be making selection pops-up, I get the following error:

"Request failed with status code: 500"

I have tried increasing the PHP memory limit to 32MB.  I also added <ifmodule mod_security.c>
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</ifmodule>
to the htaccess.txt, but no joy.
I am also thinking mod_security.c is for Apache running on Linux.  I am not sure, but I cannot seem to solve this problem.

Any ideas guys?  Thanks in advance.
