With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. can we load values in xml dynamically ?

we are passing this xml to an htc. is there anyway that we dynamically load the heading
values before send it to the htc? put  javascript function in this xml ? or may be dtd definitions or something actually trasform with xslt  before we send it to the htc ? if so can some one provide a small example ?
