That is a bit easy,
You need to isolate the problem and describe it.
You send a very small portion of an XSLT.
What does not get applied?
- This portion in the XSLT?
- the bookmark-tree in FOP?

Have you checked the resulting FO file?
please do an dpull out the part that is not viualised in your PDF
XSLT/FO is two steps. I want to know in which step you have a problem

FOP has a bug I believe that if two bookmarks are pointing to the same point in the document, only the latest will show up in the bookmark tree.
Is that your problem?

you can't just do that, what are you thinking.
you have a problem with bookmarking in fo,
and I pointed you to a bug in FOP.

Please tell us at least what the problem was, so we learn from it,
or accept my solution if that really was it

I have given proper reason why I am deleting it.
Still if you think it is not correct,
you can accept any answer as answer because I dont know which is correct answer.

"I solved it myself" is not a good reason enough
It is like ordering a pizza and when the delivery is at your door, saying "well, I don't need that"
That is simply not done.

  I didnt solve myself, it was solve by my friend's friend.
So I dont know correct answer.
He dont know your suggested answer.
So I just can't mislead other people by selecting any answer.
You can get points but I cannt select any answer.
