perl disable

Asked by layerset in Apache Web Server, Perl Programming Language, CGI Scripting

hello
how do I disable perl in Cpanel server for any and prevent to use addhandler or addtype in .htaccess for enable it inside of directory .
without remove cgi perl type from httpd.conf
without chmod 700 for /usr/bin/perl
