Webservice issue : Possible SOAP version mismatch: Envelope namespace was unexpectediiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip;[lPossible SOAP version mismatch: Envelope namespace was unexpected

Hi Experts,

I'm struggling with a webservice that I have created.

If I connect to it using another .net windows application, I'm able to connect and run a web method correctly.
I put this application on my clients pc and it still works happily.

The problem is the client has their own application and then they send the same XML String to the webservice they receive this error message...

Problem is they are sending a soap1.2 request to webservice which is expecting soap 1.1 request.

you can make out by this

xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"

vs
 xmlns:soap12="http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-envelope"

Thank you, as suggested it was an error with the customers app that was the issue and nothing to do with my webservice
