I did a google search (www.google.com) on "arcserve Oracle rman" and got links like these:
http://www.so.nl/storage_upgrade.html
http://www.so.nl/storage_features.html
Also, according to
http://support.ca.com/techbases/as2000/whatsnew.html
"ARCserve 2000 Workgroup/Advanced Edition Backup Agent for Oracle
ARCserve 2000 database agents ensure 24 x 7 protection of the Oracle database while in use. The Oracle Agent ensures complete data and transactional integrity, and provides the flexibility to backup/restore whole databases, selected tablespaces, selected data files, archive log files, and control files.
Also, full support is extended to the Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN) scripts. Performance is significantly improved with the flexibility of a full or incremental backup and restore along with the capability to transmit multiple backup sets, through multiple channels, in parallel to the ARCserve 2000 server.
