can anyone tell me where to find a utility that will covert an Access database into a MySQL database.

1. You can install the MyODBC driver available from www.mysql.com, and then export your existing Access tables one at a time to the MySQL ODBC data source.
2. There is also a script here http://www.cynergi.net/exportsql/ that you can use to export your Access db to a .sql script file. You then import this file into your MySQL db to recreate the schema and populate the tables.
