How to replace a DOM subtree by Microsoft SDK

I have an xml document like:
<MyData>
   <Data>
      <ID>abc</ID>
      <Name>Peter</Name>
      <Telephone>1111</Telephone>
   </Data>
   <Data>
      <ID>abc</ID>
      <Name>Peter</Name>
      <Telephone>2222</Telephone>
   </Data>
   ....
   ....
</MyData>

And I want to modify a subtree of <Data> with ID=abc.
How can I do so on Microsoft SDK.
Of course, I have the new value of Name and Telephone

Thanks!

P.S.  For year 2000 question, special attention is needed to ensure the first correct response is awarded, since they are not in the comment date order, but rather in Member ID order.
