Dear all,
  I have to learn win32 programming for my project,which is an application that run on win95/98/NT/2000.Can you recommend me some useful URL and books for me?Thank you very much!

You asked how to get started with Windows programming.  My opinion is that the Petzold book is the BEST place to start.  I have no URL to suggest as that is not a good place to start.

Frankly, you have no business worrying about multithreading or synchronization at this point since you don't even know the basic concepts yet.  

Learn to walk before you try dancing!
