If you wish for a web-based admin console; Grab webmin:  http://www.webmin.com/webmin/

they have a module to manage you samba server.
it's cool.

BTW, the web-based admin console for Samba is swat (which is used by webadmin too)

Thanks now i am able to access from 95 machine.
I have one more dount it is possible to map a windows share in linux machine.

smbmount

ahoffman is correct - smbmount is what you are looking for to maount windows shares in linux.  Be prepared for the inherent case sensitivity and file ownership compatibility issues...
