How to convert TIFF file to GIF or JPG file in JAVA?

I have a TIFF file i want to display it in symantec imageviewer but i am not able to display.

I am able to display GIF and JPG in it.
So how to convert TIFF to GIF or JPG file in java.
please send me the solution.

I can send u .zip file which contains two java files along with the source code for converting any image type into .jpg provided if u can give me 100 points.

Regarding the Java Advanced Imaging, I've looked at the programming guide dated Nov 1999. It seems that although you can read a GIF file, there is no option of saving an image file in GIF format.
