Geographical Analysis / Mapping from Zip Codes

Does anyone know of an add on product for SQL Server/Access 2000 that will add geographical analysis capabilities to a database.

Specifically I am looking for:
- My database contains medical offices and addresses of providers in our network. I would like the ability to take a list of potential customers and their addresses and see how many of our providers are within a 25 or 50 mile radius.

Eventually I would also like to open this up to individual queries for our customers on our website. I know I can do this with part of the problem with mapquest products, but would like to research other solutions. Ideally one that will fulfill both needs.

George, did you ever get these points? It still shows as an OPEN question for this user. May need Engineering help or a new Points for Q to flow. Please advise.
