Pulling old webpages

My company switched hosting providers. We now pull old copies of the web page and I can't figure out why. I clear the cache and I will pull a new copy but if I restart the computer it will pull the old copy again. Our old host is our current ISP could this have thing to do with it? Help Please!!!!
