Visual Basic and Scanner

I would like to  know that how to connect  and get the image that connect with scanner? and what control that I can donwload , are there freeware ? and Can I resize the image by using the control.

Resize the image in VB...

you can use the Wang imaging controls supplied with Win95/98 (and I think with VB) to scan. They are really easy to use and free.

The one you're after is called ImgScan.ocx
It should already be registered and in your Windows\System directory.

However, you will get your scanner's standard scan box shown. Unfortunately this is due to the way the windows TWAIN (image source drivers) interface works.
