Desing report at run time

I need to generate a report in "Crystal Reports" that ask the user which field he want to display on report. i.e. the designing of report also on runtime. e.g. if we have an "Employee" table in which we have Name, Address, Salary etc. fields, so before generating report the form will appear that ask the user which fields he want in the report. If the user checks only Name and address fields then only these fields will come in the report not all others. To make a query for this is simple what I want to design the report on runtime because we don't know at design time the exact no. of fields.

How to do this in crystal reports or active reports or any other report?

Waiting for your reply.

Thanks
