Unable to open your Default e-mail folders. You do not have permission to logon.

I have NT 4.0 Network. I want to migrate my PC's to Windows 2000. I Upgraded a users PC from windows 98 which also had Outlook 2000. When I upgraded the PC I selected the option to lockdown the PC. Everything works fine when I log in and have Admistrator rights. But when the user logs in. He gets a message in outlook which Says " Unable to open your Default email folders. You do not have permission to log on." Also my McAfee gets error for writing to log file, and Couple of loaded program will not work while in users login but works fine in my Login. How can I fix this and still have the computer locked down?

When I set up 2000, I gave users admin rights
logged on as user
opened Outlook and set it up.

Then took away admin rights and rebooted.  The first time you open Outlook in Windows 2000, you need admin rights to write to the registry.

Also - I had major problems with McAfee after going to Windows 2000.  I downloaded their current engine but problems became so regular we abandoned the product for Symantec.
