Good call Steve would fix about 99% of the problems! Dave
Ditto, good call Steve

Royal fam99, could you give some feedback on whether any of our comments solved your problem?

Greetings:

This question is still open today, perhaps it was overlooked or just lost in the volumes. Please return to this question to update it with comments if more information is needed to get your solution. If you've been helped by the participating expert(s), you may just convert their comment to the accepted answer and then grade and close. If an answer has ever been proposed you may not have this option to accept the comment as answer, if that is the case, ask the specific expert you wish to pay to post an answer. This benefits others who then search our PAQ for just this solution. A win/win scenario.

If you wish to pay multiple participants, you can do so by creating a zero point question in the Community Support topic area, include this link and tell them which experts you'd like to pay what amounts. If you'd like to delete this question, use the same process as above, but explain why you think it should be deleted. Here is the Community Support link: https://www.experts-exchange.com/jsp/qList.jsp?ta=commspt

You can always click on your profile to see all your open questions, in the event you also have other open items to be resolved. If your number of Questions Asked is not equal to the number of Answers Graded, choose to VIEW question history, and you'll quickly be able to navigate to your open items to close them as well.
I've had excellent help from experts-exchange through the years and find the real key to getting what I need is to remain active in all my questions, responding with results to suggestions until my solution is found, and recommend that highly.

Thank you very much for your responsiveness, it is very much appreciated.

Hello all,
I am Computer101, a moderator from Experts-Exchange and also an expert within this topic area. This question has been open a long time.  What I am going to do is allow feedback from the questioner and experts.  If it is not resolved, I will delete or accept an answer based on the info I have been given,  Experts, feel free to offer input.  I will monitor these questions for a period of 10 days and come back and evaluate.  I will have another moderator (who is also an expert in this topic area) look at the question also to ensure we do the right thing for this question.

Thank you

I wish these blasted comments would come out in date order! I see that this is another person who has only asked one question, and never gotten back with any feedback.  I'm betting it's another case of GTAAR (Get The Answer And Run).  If no reply from the questioner, split the points between Steve and me; either of us could have supplied the answer.  (I would normally tend toward deleting the question, but this business of abandoned questions that seem to have perfectly good possible answer(s) included among the comments really bugs me...)
Lee,
I have read through it and you are correct as well as Stevenlewis.  I have reduced the points and accepted your comment as an answer.  Also, based on the fact that the questioner has not signed on since the q are anotehr reason for this. I will be posting a q for stevenlewis in this topic area.

Thank you

And thank you, Computer101.  Just for my information, can you tell me why these comments on all the old questions are coming out not in correct date order?
It is a known issue with the engineers and they are "working" on it.  I am just trying to clean up all the year 2000 questions in which most are involved.  If it is to confusing, I am going to delete them.

Thanks for all your help.

C101
thanks all
Steve
Lee,
E-E is working on this.  No update, sorry.  I feel your pain.
