do a find and search for all *.cpl files (most will be in windows system diretory)
select the one you want to delete and delete it.
heres a listing of the most common ones:
DESK.CPL ---- DISPLAY SETTINGS
INTL.CPL ---- REGIONAL SETTINGS
MAIN.CPL ---- MOUSE
SYSDM.CPL ---- SYSTEM PROPERTIES
TIMEDATE.CPL ---- TIME/DATE
MODEM.CPL ---- MODEM
JOY.CPL ---- JOYSTICK
MMSYS.CPL ---- MULTIMEDIA PROPERTIES
POWERCFG.CPL ---- POWER
APPWIZ.CPL ---- ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
INETCPL.CPL ---- INTERNET PROPERTIES
NETCPL.CPL ---- NETWORK PROPERTIES
PASSWORD.CPL ---- PASSWORD
ACCESS.CPL ---- ACCESSABILITIES PROPERTIES
TELEPHON.CPL ---- DIALING PROPERTIES
THEMES.CPL ---- WINDOWS THEMES
STICPL.CPL ---- SCANNERS / CAMERAS PROPERTIES
IF INSTALLED
PREFSCPL.CPL ---- REALPLAYER PREFERENCES
SANCPL.CPL ---- SISOFT SANDRA
QTW32.CPL ---- QUICKTIME SETTINGS
tip
send it to recycle bin instead of actually deleting it so if you delete one and its the wrong one you can just go to recycle bin and restore it.
