Saving of Outlook Emails to My Documents

I presently "save as" my important email documents in "message format" into a folder in My Documents.  This is a one-at-a-time manual operation.  I would like to automate it using a "message rule" but don't see any option to do this. The rules seem to only allow you to copy emails into Outlook folders in Outlook format.

It there another way?
