Could someone help me understand what my ISP is telling me. We use CBeyond. They register our domains, and hold them on their name servers. The registrar is, however, TUCOWS. We're about to terminate our account with CBeyond, and they claim that although we will still own the domain, there will be no way whatsoever change the DNS without transferring the domains to a different ISP and incuring more charges. Can this be true?<br />
