I am immersed in a project where an application was developed in Oracle Portal using customs forms programming. I am tasked with cleaning the forms up for clarity. My background is in web design and development and I am new to Oracle.<br />

Right now I am working with TD and TR tags and nothing lays out like it needs to be.<br />
<br />
Is there an interface that would give me some type of WYSYWIG layout for making the forms more visually appealing and user friendly.<br />
<br />
I have experience doing this in Access with the form builder but not in Oracle.<br />
<br />
Any info would be great.
