ms outllok 2007 duplicate emails

I am facing issues with the mailbox,
Server : Exchange 2003,
Client : MS Office 2007,
We have two employees, James and robert... both of them are sales managers.
James has been terminated yesterday due to company policy violation. his manager asked to give mailbox full permission to robert. he dont want to give on behalf of permission...due to some marketing benificial.
I have logged into the server, opened his login ID properties and provided full access to robert login ID under Exchange advanced and as well as security,
After some time, logged into he robert notebook and configured james mailbox in his outlook as additional mailbox, Robert use PST file as default email delievery location.
After restarting the outlook, he can able to access james mailbox[ James keep all his emails in server mailbox itself, since he use to roam to the client places] and also able to send email to us like james..by selecting FROM while sending the email.
After that we notices, robert outlook keep generating the duplicate mails whoever addressed to robert between adding james mailbox with his mailbox in outlook, even he logoff immediatly or restart the outlook to till removing james mailbox from his outlook..
checked no rules configured in server as well as outlook client. also checked the OWA page, there i can see mails are proper, but when it delievers to the outlook it generate duplicate emails.
After some time, i have added my login ID and my team member
login ID, the same this happeging with my mailbox like generating duplicate emails... But for team member it is not happenging.. also i remember the same way i configured for another department, it is working without any issues.
Even configured with my mailbox account and checked, it is happening the same, when i check the sender email box it has only one copy..
Can any help me to resolve this issue pls.
