Try prtconf command

lsdev -C |grep ^proc

I'm not quite clear on the question - what are you looking for?

I am getting following output : it shows 6 PROC CUOD is  that mean we have 6 processor core ??

Also, pay attention that this is LPAR on which you have 4 virtual CPUs assigned to.
