Unable to install Cisco VPN Client X64 because of MsiInstaller error 1603

Hi !
I'm unable to install package vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0290-k9 and I'm pretty sure it's my computer the problem because this version was working for over a year now on many other system like the one I work on.
