WSUS Windows Update Error 80244008 and

Recently, I've encountered some windows update errors on a few Windows 2008 R2 servers getting their update from an internal WSUS.

On 2 machines, I am getting Code 8E5E0442.
On another machine, it is Code 80244008.

The strange thing is other machine without are virtually identical do not have any problems getting the WSUS updates.

Checking online for updates from Microsoft Update but when still generates the same error code when installing.

I tried resetting the Windows update components to no avail. I keep getting the following errors in Event Log whenever Windows update tries to run.

Thanks, I've managed to find that it is the GPO that is resetting the folder permissions that causing Windows Update to fail.
Requires CryptSvc and TrustedInstaller on the catroot2 folder.
