Need to give workgroup PC domain access
I have a XP Workgroup machine that needs to print to a 2008 domain printer. Every time the user logs onto their printer they don't have access (permission) to the printer.
I can get the printer working by going start -> run \\192.168.0.10 which is the server IP address. The user then inputs their domain credentials and everything works until they log off again.
How can I script this? I tried several things with Net Use but I couldn't get it working.

In agreement with dj0rbit, easier to set up as tcp/ip printer.
Hey
You could create a user on the Windows XP machine, with the same username and password as on the domain.
If those two match, then the user wont be prompted for credentials, and all connections to domain would be reconnected after a logon. (example printers, Network attached drives etc.)
This is the most reliable solutions, as scripts can stick some times.
