Hi Experts, <br />

I am completely baffeled on this one, i have a web page that I am building and I want to give the appearance of roll over links without using images. <br />
<br />
The problem is the roll overs work in IE, however do not work in Firefox or Safari, yet when i take them out of the page they seem to work perfectly fine. <br />

hyperlinks not working in FF or Safari
