Yes i am having this problem when i try to open pdf in browser.<br />
The &quot;Display PDF in browser&quot; is arleady checked.<br />
I have noted that when i uncheck it, i do not get the error message again but then i cannot print any pdf in browser.<br />
Perhaps i should reinstall Adobe X and try installing something like Adobe 9.5? is this compatible with windows 7? or before i reinstall there are more ideas out there?

for example in firefox you can set which application should open pdf, here you have something about it. <br />
