Outbox disappeared from one mailbox - Outlook & OWA - Exchange 2007
One of my SBS2008/Exchange 2007 users has lost her Outbox. It doesn't appear in Outlook 2010 or OWA. I'd read elsewhere to log onto OWA in light mode but we still can't see the folder. I've checked that it hasn't been dragged under Inbox etc (but I don't think it can normally anyway)
The problem is that there a couple of messages that keep trying to send from her Outbox and it is essential that one doesn't leave! There doesn't seem to be a way of stopping it.
Any suggestions please?

Hi
If OWA will not showing Outbox that means Exchange Administrator has block that feature.

Thanks R-R - copy from output below
It's obviously there but it looks like the Outbox is under an email called Day Week Month
Any ideas on how to locate it & move it back?

We tried it Rancy but it didn't do anything. I suspected it wouldn't, as I think the problem is at Exchange level, not just Outlook - hence we can't see it in OWA. Thanks anyway.

Is there a folder path that exists as listed below?
FolderPath : /Day¿Week¿Month.EML
If not, I'd suggest to move the mailbox to another database.
If you're having issues with emails stuck in outbox - and you don't find any level of help, I'd simply say export the mailbox - get her/him a new one - and DONT IMPORT emails/folders into them again.
Matter of few minutes of task and could save you're day spending troubleshooting.

Thanks everyone. R-R found us the Outbox, even if we couldn't do anything with it and since then those commands have come in handy. When the user has some down time, we'll create a new mailbox for her.
