SBS2003 Backup Error

Here is the logging error on my SBS2003 backup up log.  We had an issue with a virus that has been resolved the only issue left is the backup.  I can and have run an Exchange backup to ensure a copy of the mailstore but for restore purposes I really would like to have the full SBS Backup in place.  I have checked permissions and have respawned the backup script file but I am still having the same issue.
I have attempted to run it manually and receive the same result. The backup is to a server harddrive with plenty of space and appropriate permissions.
Thank you,

The saved selection file "Script.bks" cannot be found. would appear to be the cause.  Can you restore it from a previous backup?

Or, search on the phrase:  "The saved selection file "Script.bks" cannot be found", and look through the results for a possible solution.
