I have two of these HP Compaq desktops and I started getting the same error on both of them and so I can't plug any device on the USB ports. this is the error:<br />

Power Surge On Hub Port<br />
A USB device has exceeded the power limits of its hub port.<br />
For assistance please click here, so I do and just gives me the option to Reset which I do and it works fine for minutes and then I get this same error message. <br />
