As update to this one i was able to successfully boot Serverguide 8.41 CD but now i am facing issue while installing server 2008 R2.<br />

After File copy of Windows Server 2008 R2 and inserting the DVD then i am getting below error.<br />

I want to install Windows Server 2008 R2 on my IBM x 3650 M2, I have did below options but still my Server Guide is not booting.<br />

1) On Bios i have choose to boot from file and then select boot manager &gt;EMS&gt; 64 EFI.boot and inserted my Windows Server 2008 R2 CD but it says Windows Installation Failed.<br />
2) Inserted ServerGuide 8.41, 8.30, 9.41, 9.52 in CD ROm but all says boot failed.<br />
<br />
I am sure this problem must be related to UEFI, I wanna see if i am doing right settings on BIOS so that i can boot from ServerGuide.<br />
