Dell M4600 laptop wifi adapter issue
HI Experts,
I have a Dell laptop M4600. The wifi adapter is playing up. We changed the wifi adapter. but the problem still persists. I tried uninstalling the driver, restart the laptop and install the drivers. It works fine till the next restart after which everything goes back to the old situation. In the device manager, there is an exclamation mark next to the wifi adapter and also there is an unknown device elsewhere in the device manager.

Hi, Michael-Best, Your suggestion hasn't worked. There are a few virtual adapter on the laptop which I tried disabling before restarting. It worked for a while and then has gone back to the same even though I have disabled these virtual adapters again. Thanks
Can you find device id from devices with exclamation marks?
