Sembee....There is an Endian firewall between the server and internet. Yes there is a PTR and the Send connector is set...This is the only domain that I have an issue sending mail to
That could mean the problem isn't yours - it is a problem with the remote side. However getting them to do anything about it is another matter. Someone will usually say that they can send/receive from everyone else ok, so the problem must be you (the other party).
If you telnet in to their MX record, do you get a response? If you then issue ehlo, do you get the expected verbs.
Does your firewall have SMTP scanning? If so, disable it.
When it comes to it, SMTP is a best effort basis and while 99 times out of 100 two servers can communicate, there will be times when it fails, and you end up routing email for that domain another way - usually via the ISPs SMTP server.
