MSI or C2R?  C2R is a little bit horrible to admin.

Outlook 2013 automatically disables add-ins that take over ?0.5s to load, which can be a bummer if you have important add-ins - you have to GPO to always load them.

Probably remember some more in a bit, I'll add them here.

How about the UI?
For end users, how diffeent is the UI?'
Outlook 2013 UI is much more closer to Windows 8.

Also, if Windows 8 is your OS, you should go with Office 2013 because of Modern-interface integration.
Blue Compute:  I know what C2R means,  What does MSI stand for?

Also, for what it's worth, you're probably at the point now where unless you're buying Volume Licenses from Microsoft you can't get Office 2010/Outlook 2010 anyway so the question's moot - all approved Microsoft Resellers have to send old stock back when the new versions come out so if you're purchasing now 2013 is what you'll get. Buying from ebay or a non-approved reseller is just asking for trouble down the line.
