This tends to happen when your Exchange server has been running for a long time or you have some strange message patterns coming into your Exchange server. The fix is to increase the maximum amount of named properties on your server. Note that this will only be a temporary fix as the issue will most likely occur again down the track.

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<Server Name>\Private-00000000-0000-0000-0000-00000000 in Registry Editor then increase the NonMAPI Named Props Quota value to 16384, then dismount and remount the store.

I would suggest you look at creating two new Storage Groups and then splitting up your mailboxes between these two new stores otherwise you will run into this same issue down the track.
