Email Delivery problem

Hello All,

Looking help, We have recently design our web site form out sourced company and they have put contact us form on with with email
address: webmaster@domain.co.uk  and number of company employs contact link has been created on web site. which means
if customer needs to contact member of staff he will click email address which should forward the request to staff company email address.
 for Some reason email  webmaster is not delivering any message to Staff's email address.

please help to rectify this problem if related to exchange or spam filtering system issue.

If the email relay host is external and if the have mentioned your Exchange settings in contact form settings then it will not work. You need to make sure that IP address should be added to relay on Exchange  and that IP should be allowed to to communcate your Exchagne servers.

Hello Singh,

Thanks for quicky repaly. yes email host external and no IP address is added to exchange relay.
Could you please help me how we can add IP address into Exchange 2010 Relay I will then check this webhosting company  for IP address to add it into exchange.
