NDR In Exchange 2003
Hi, I gave an Exchange user that is getting a bounce back message whenever anyone tries to send email to him. He can send fine, but cant receive. I will post the complete message below. It refers to his mailbox being full. However, there are no limits on his mailbox and it is currently only 264 MB in size. Other users have mailboxes 4 times the size of his and they are working fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

As far as i know we only have one database. Not quite sure how to do that.
Just create a new mailbox database on the same server. Once you have done that move the mailbox to the new database and test it again.
