There is no universal software that does all that.
You need to make config template per router brand or model say mapping SSIDs to ethernet VLANs
Maybe you can reduce config templates by deplouying OpenWRT on margnl platforms.

What do you think?

Easiest thing to do is consolidate around ONE brand, and then choose to get both a controller and compatible access points, which basically means you'll be replacing your wireless infrastructure. Many brands tend to offer hardware based controllers rather than software based ones. Ruckus is one brand worth recommending, even though Cisco is another that can be mentioned. Depending on the size and needs of your employer, you could even look at ZyXEL products. I will not promise that the interfaces are all the same, but these are things that will accomplish what you seek.

Great
now if i install dd-wrt on access points for example ( nanostation )
can i manage those AP via OpenWISP and carrierWRT
Check their webpages - No, they are add-ons for OpenWRT.
Check their webpages
yes it`s support

No, they are add-ons for OpenWRT
what you mean?
As reading 1st pages -it will not work with dd-wrt out of the box. But probably deep reading documentation may blink better light on issue. e.g. how to install luci API on dd-wrt etc.
Either firmware has i386 PC version. you can set the lab without unmounting single AP from the wall.
