We have a user that insists on using AOL as his email address. &nbsp;We have his company email forward to his personal AOL account. &nbsp;Despite my best efforts, I cannot get him to switch to our company email system (Microsoft Exchange). &nbsp;Anyway, he has started getting a lot of emails that contains attachments. &nbsp;When he opens the emails, the attachments show up a winmail.dat. &nbsp;I am not sure what to tell him he can do about that. &nbsp;Can someone advise me on a solution, if there is one. &nbsp;The only one I have is stop using AOL!

We have a user that insists on using AOL as his email address.  We have his company email forward to his personal AOL account.
