This was more of an opinion / product question than a technical question, so I appreciate the answer. I did follow the link but found nothing geared toward Windows 7 precisely, so it's looking like I may need to buy a single / small-group license of Oracle 12 Enterprise, that way I can get the Enterprise Mgr.<br />

Most what I found online deals with either Unix/Linux client deployment, or server side that involves database installation &amp;&nbsp;configuration, I'm looking for neither, just a client side installation of Enterprise Mgr 12 that will enable me to manage various Oracle databases.<br />
