SharePoint 2010 Review Problems after Farm rebuild

Windows 2012 R2 Server
SQL Server 2008 on Windows 2008 R2 Server SharePoint is the SQL instance

After issue with SharePoint I decided to rebuild the entire Farm.

I have the main site back and working and have been cleaning up all the "Review problems and solutions"

This one is giving me a problem.

Validate the My Site Host and individual My Sites are on a dedicated Web application and separate URL domain
I followed this http://sharepointgeorge.com/2010/configuring-my-site-sharepoint-2010/

Was getting access denied then I added sp.superuser and sp.superreader to "User Policy"  now working.

I can now access the mysites.mydom.com site

But when I run ReAnalyze Now from the "Review problems and questions" I get event Id 2138

this is event id 2138

Description:
The SharePoint Health Analyzer detected a condition requiring your attention.  Validate the My Site Host and individual My Sites are on a dedicated Web application and separate URL domain.
It is recommended that the My Site Host and individual My Sites are deployed on a dedicated Web application for performance and manageability reasons.  Additionally not having a separate URL domain for the My Site Host and individual My Sites poses a security risk because the owner can introduce same-domain scripting attacks on other sites hosted on the same URL domain.
It is advised to have a separate dedicated Web application and separate URL domain to host the My Site Host and individual My Sites. For more information about this rule, see "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=167257".

Reviewed the link and was no help

Still trying to get this working
I had to make a change to the URL

After the server restarted the Health Analyzer message went away,

SharePoint is now happy with that change
