I have &nbsp;strange behaviour of outlook 2010, causing problem for my CS user. We have common mailbox called Customer Service.<br />
All CS department user are member &nbsp;of this CS mailbox and added to there outlook as second mailbox. &nbsp;All CS member on &nbsp;exchange server has full rights for ( manage mailbox &amp;&nbsp;Send permission for Customer service mailbox ) &nbsp;when user reply any email from CS email address the send email goes into user send folder.. Rather then CS mailbox/email send folder.<br />

All user have full manage access and send permission on exchange server 2010 .<br />

Please advice to fix this problem.<br />
