MDT media deployment - no keyboard/mouse in Win PE

Image is successfully put on MEDIA (ISO).
The ISO is then put on a USB (with WUDT).

When the ISO is run in test VM, it all works fine.
Deployment wizard works.
(Vmware workstation can't boot from USB)

Problem:
When the USB (content same as ISO) is put in Dell prod. server, Deployment Wizard starts but..
there is no KVM input!

What have gone wrong?

Where could you find those drivers for Dell?
And how to import them to Deployment Workbench?
Or is it drivers for the specific KVM equipment?
When the same image is deployed by means of PXE, then KVM works. So somehow the correct drivers must be present on the WDS/MDT server?

Why are they not in Media ISO?
All drivers are selected in Selection Profile.
Attaching a separate USB mouse directly into the server does also not work (when deploying from USB).
When booting from the USB on a physical Dell laptop, keyboard and mouse works in Deployment Wizard..
And the solution.. this particular server needs 64 bit WinPE.
