Outlook not connecting with Exchange 2010 in a network environment on an iMAC.

Outlook 2016 is not connecting to Exchange 2010 in a network environment - on an iMAC.
The icon shows up as orange instead of green.
And I keep getting issues regarding certificates.

I want to delete any any keychain passwords for the Microsoft Outlook app, and perhaps any certificates used by Outlook as well.
How can this be done?

I tried however there is nothing that indicates I can delete it.
In another MAC I can see how right clicking on the key will allow you to delete it.
Could deleting the key be somehow blocked?
What happens when you right-click on it? Can you post a screen shot? Do you have admin privileges?

I will double check and advise back.
If the keychain is locked, Command-L should unlock it, or pull down the File menu to Unlock keychain.

Even when keychain is unlocked, right clicking on any key chain line does nothing.
In another MAC, right clicking on key chain will allow me to delete it, but not on this iMAC.
Any suggestions?
Pull down the keychain menu and choose keychain first aid.

I was able to delete the keyhchain by using the menu on the top.

I used the Menu on the top and then I was able to delete individual keychains.
