File size versus KBPS resolution for MP3 distribution
A smaller file size is easier to distribute so I have felt 48KP=BPS was a happy medium. But heard that Android may not play such a low resolution.
Is that true?
Jumping to 128 KBPS would double my files sizes and double the download times.
Please tell me if there are any hard stops on Android (or any platform) that might stop the MP3 from playing.
Thanks.

I found 40 better than 48 since I was not always able to remove the clicks of my tongue wagging. Usually that is easy but when the sound happens during speaking, I sometimes leave it. Those sounds reduced when I went with 40
